Nanostructured Optical Arrays : from SERS Imaging to Mitochondria Metabolic Study

This seminar will describe the design and implementation of new optical fiber sensing platforms based on nanostructured optical arrays. A large variety of analytical applications have thus been developed, ranging from SERS (Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering), remote fluorescence imaging of concentration profiles or multiplexed sandwich immunoassays. Finally we will present the possibility of analyzing the metabolic activity of mitochondria in femtoliter microwell arrays.
