Ecoulements diphasiques en milieu poreux

Models of porous media made using microfabrication techniques (glass or PDMS) are used to study biphasic flows.

We observe a transition from capillary fingering to viscous flow when increasing the flow rate.

This transition could be accounted using pore network model simulations.
